Cathy, is our Call Centre Lead and Buru Buru Office Manager. Cathy plays an integral role in customer service in TTK as she is the first line of contact to our daycare managers, community health volunteers, community education experts, visitors and clients via our toll-free line. Cathy has over 5 years’ experience in customer service and administration. She identifies her passion for helping people as the key to delivering outstanding customer service.
