Chief Operations Officer

Elaine has over 10 years’ experience implementing programs in social entrepreneurship, capacity building and community- based development. She has dedicated her career to addressing development challenges through evidence using social science research, design for implementation and evaluation. She is passionate about the potential our impact innovation can have in transforming the informal daycare market in Nairobi. 

As the Chief Operations Officer, Elaine ensures the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place and oversees daily HR and operational functions of TTK.

Prior to joining TTK, Elaine has worked for Georgetown University's Initiative on Innovation, Development, and Evaluation; Banking Frontiers Associates; Plan International; and GESCI, a United Nations ICT Task Force.

Elaine has a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology & International Affairs and a Masters of Science in Development & Organizational Management.
