Rachel Mumbi

Office Manager and Partner Support, Buru Buru

Rachael has over 2 years’ experience in customer service from M-KOPA, where she was a customer service agent.  At TTK Rache is the first line of contact for our daycare managers, community health volunteers, visitors and clients, supporting the field team and partners with logistics from our Buru Buru office, which she also manages. 

 

Prior to joining TTK, she worked with a Kenyan social enterprise as a customer care representative.

 

Rachel has a Diplomas in Customer Service and in Front Office Management.
