Florence has extensive experience working with children in the informal settlements of Nairobi's Eastlands.  As the Resource Centre Manager, Florence ensures that TTK partner managers are supported with comprehensive information services and materials making skills to enhance the curriculum for the children.

 

Before joining TTK, she worked as a preschool teacher in Jitegemee Academy in Dandora and as a volunteer with Miss Koch Kenya where she specialized in handling Sexual Reproductive and Health in Primary and Secondary Schools in Korogocho. 

 

Florence has a diploma in Social Work and Community Development and she has undertaken courses in Occupational Health and Safety, counseling skills development and in project management skills.
